Should the estimated value of your jewelry or diamonds exceed $50,000, we arrange special insurance coverage to match the increased value. This tailored approach ensures that high-value items receive the appropriate level of protection reflecting their full financial and sentimental worth.
CONTINUOUS PROTECTION: COVERAGE FROM SHIPPING TO SALE OR RETURN

Your item remains fully insured throughout the entire process — from the moment it is scanned at FedEx until it becomes part of a finalised sale or is returned to you. Coverage is continuous across transit, evaluation, and either the selling phase or the return journey. Your item is safeguarded against unforeseen circumstances at every stage.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR A SUCCESSFUL SHIPPING PROCESS

PACKAGING
Use double boxing — place your item in an inner box, then place that inside a larger outer box. Securely tape all seams on both boxes. Ensure contents do not rattle. Do not indicate on the outer packaging that the contents include jewelry or diamonds.
SHIPPING METHOD
Ship exclusively through a FedEx Office or FedEx Ship Center — staffed locations only. Avoid FedEx Drop Boxes, FedEx OnSite, and any unstaffed locations, as these do not meet our security standards. Contact us if you need help locating a nearby FedEx centre.
AT FEDEX
Always obtain a receipt confirming FedEx has taken possession of your package. Our insurance coverage begins the moment your package is logged by FedEx — so this receipt is your confirmation that full protection is in effect.
UPON ARRIVAL
We document the opening of every package on camera to verify safe arrival and condition. Our experts will then promptly evaluate your items and make an offer. If you choose not to accept, your items are returned to you at no additional cost.
