Shipping and Returns
Shipping- White Pine Wholesale ships all of its products via FedEx Overnight Priority. We do offer FedEx 2nd day shipping for melee orders $500 or less in total value. Saturday delivery is also available to customers for $45. Any diamond order or jewelry order that we ship will include a $27 shipping charge. The shipping charge is only paid for when you confirm a purchase of the goods.
Brinks window to window shipments are available as well upon request. For rates on window to window shipments we ask you call us at (646) 758-0255 or email info@whitepinediamonds.com
If you’d like to avoid incurring a shipping charge, you are welcome to send us a shipping label using your FedEx or UPS account.
Canada/International Shipments: White Pine Wholesale also offers shipments to internationally to Canada and throughout the world. Canada shipments are $65 and are shipped international priority. For international shipments outside of Canada, please call us at (646) 758-0255 or email info@whitepinediamonds.com as the rates may vary depending on location and value of the package
