What Payment Terms Are Offered?

Any style purchased for the first time will receive the partner price plus 6 equal pay terms, starting after 30 days (30/60/90/120/150/180). Any re-ordered style gets billed at 30 days at the partner program price.

Does This Program Apply Only to Essential Diamond Jewelry Items?

No! We can offer partner program pricing for any production item, including custom pieces made from CAD. The program pricing will remain the same: spot gold, price per gram for labor, plus diamonds. The only addition will be a CAD fee. If you are designing a piece that may be re-ordered in the future, the CAD fee is only on the initial purchase.

How Long Do Orders Take To Ship?

Orders with mountings in stock will ship within 1-2 weeks. Orders that require a special mounting or specific length may take 4-6 weeks to ship.

Is There An Order Minimum?

No, we do not require minimum orders when purchasing. However, to remain eligible for the partner program pricing, you must make a minimum of $15K of yearly purchases.

Can I Return Any Unsold Items After Purchase?

Yes, we offer our customers stock balancing options on unsold or slow-moving items. After 12 months, customers placing active re-orders of sold styles and meeting the $15K program order requirement can stock balance unsold items at a 1:1 exchange.
