HOW OUR CONSIGNMENT PROGRAM WORKS
ITEM SUBMISSION
You will provide the diamond/jewelry item(s) along with any relevant documentation (e.g., certificates, appraisals, or receipts). Each item will be evaluated and professionally cleaned and photographed for optimal presentation to buyers.
MARKET POSITIONING
Our team will determine the best pricing strategy based on current market trends, condition, and the item's specifications. The consignment agreement will outline a suggested sale price, but final sale pricing can be adjusted with your approval.
PROMOTION & SALES
We will market your item to our extensive customer base, including retailers, collectors, and private buyers. Items will be displayed on our online platforms and during private showings or trade events.
COMMISSION AND PAYMENT
Upon the sale of your item, we will deduct a commission of 10% from the final sale price as our fee for services. You will receive the remaining proceeds within 10 days of the item's sale.
UNSOLD ITEMS
If an item remains unsold after 90 days, you may choose to extend the consignment period or have the item returned to you at no cost.
